My kids watched it but they're teenagers. Letting a 9 and 10 year old watch? Well, .......

Police said that the death was accidental and a case of parental negligence. "It was an accident which happened due to carelessness of parents," district police chief Sultan Ahmad told AFP.

On this, I just might beg to differ. The only neglect was letting them watch. Kids can into trouble faster than one can imagine. All it takes in not watching them 24/7 which no one can do anyway.

MSM reason #89 why hanging Saddam was a bad thing. They probably searched high and low for this story, offered a bonus to the "reporter" who finds it, and were prepared to invent it for a few extra pieces of silver.

I wasn't buying this story and that was before I noticed that it was an AFP creation.

I recall when the movie House of Dark Shadows came out, a kid tried to imitate the fake hanging that the young boy in the film did.

The kid got it wrong and hung himself by accident.

The director of the film too lots of heat because of it.

Maybe Saddam's hanging will trigger a wave of copy cat hangings in the entire muslim world. They are going to have to make sure the kids know it's an adult only game.

Information without context is a recipe for disaster.

If you want to blame our culture for their unfortunate lack of parenting; then have at it.

"Commentators and the media across Europe had expressed shock and unease Sunday at graphic television pictures showing the last moments of Hussein just before his execution."

Then why did they keep showing them repeatedly over and over? Does Iraq control all of Europes TV broadcasting stations? And just what was so "shocking" about Saddams hanging? I see much worse on TV action shows every day.

Maybe the TV station should have put up that South Park disclaimer before showing the video.
