So, it's just nitpicking BS. It's great to have our own government officials harrass us.

I cannot disagree with your statement. New York city is an example of extreme knee jerk reaction to weapons / firearms used to commit crimes. Which is the reason why criminals love gun control - because those they prey upon will have NO ability to defend themselves.

My prediction is this:

If a pro gun control individual gains control of the White House, and makes an attempt at controlling access of firearms by civilians - the general public that is - then there will be a bloody civil war in this country to over take a tyrannical government.

No - Rudy is not tyrannical - he is a moderate, and WILL use ALL his power to control the populace. His reign would be cut short by a coup.

No lame a$$ed weak kneed presidents.

Is "numerousness" a word?

Daniel R. Vice, staff attorney for the Brady Center: "It's good that ATF is enforcing the law, but we know it's a small number still compared to the number we know are supplying the criminal market."

If they know, why doesn't Mr. Vice just hand over their names and we can go collect those crooks and their eevil gunnz and save everybody a lot of trouble. Oh wait - his lips were moving when he said that I bet, so nevermind.

From the article...

""It's out of control. There is no responsibility. There is no accountability. There is a problem in the neighborhoods in this country with the drastic proliferation of guns," said Joseph J. Vince Jr., former chief of ATF's firearms division, who now runs a private consulting company specializing in helping local law enforcement agencies track firearms. "The laws are so lax that there is almost no enforcement." "

My response...

There's no enforcement Joe, because your JBT thug buddies at BATFE have to harrass people like Ernie Wrenn, Len Savage, Albert Kwan, and others who haven't committed any crimes but get millions spent on investigations and bogus arrests where YOU ATF thugs have to manufacture evidence (see JPFO's website on SOCOM Mfg.) and even modify guns to meet legal criteria to get an arrest (Using a dremel and welder on Albert Kwan's M1A to make it go full auto)... and then you try to entrap people like Len Savage by encouraging them to break the law and even going so far as sending an "unregistered machinegun" by USPS to justify a raid?

Come on Joe... Get off your high horse. The ATF is a bunch of jack booted thugs that are out of control... not the dealers who have to obey contradictary laws, deal with a hostile regulatory agency that has NO oversight and heck, the BATF apparantly doesn't even have an internal Affairs department... so my question, Joe is this... Who is in charge of controlling the out of control BATFE? I'd really like to know because THEY AREN'T DOING THEIR JOB!

On a last note, using plastic wire ties to hold a parts kit to get two rounds to go off isn't what I call conversion... it's what I call suicidally stupid. I want to see that idiot in the JPFO video get a full mag to go. And while we're at it, on the Bob Stewart case, the .50 that was "readily made operational" only fired a primed empty cartridge. I want to see a live .50 BMG round fired before I will believe the babbling bullsh*t that was given by your JBT friends in court.

105,000 people and businesses nationwide permitted to sell firearms and ammunition.

300 million people.

1 store which sells guns for every 3000 people?

Used to be something like a one-to-two ratio of guns to Americans back when we were a revolutionary country. I bet we're down beyond one-to-five (if we aren't counting those with personal 'armories') and dropping, with the anti-gun public education going on from birth. I bet the number of licensed sellers are lower in urban areas, too, where the people who might buy them and need them most are concentrated.
