It's gross! Janitors hit Equinox gym sex

Several disgusted janitors are dishing dirt on the Equinox fitness center chain, claiming in a lawsuit filed yesterday that the upscale gyms are used as sleazy gay sex clubs. The six janitors charge in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit that they are fed up with cleaning up after male gym members engage in "explicit sexual activity."
The janitors cited five Manhattan clubs, including the chain's flagship gym in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, as places where "lewd behavior" is rampant in the men's locker rooms, showers, saunas and steam rooms.
When the maintenance men complained to management, they were "ridiculed" and subjected to "hostile" treatment, the lawsuit claims.
Equinox officials called the charges "frivolous" and deemed unfounded by separate investigation by federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
"It's just not an issue here at Equinox," said the chain's Chief Operating Officer Scott Rosen.
But janitors Jaisiin Bethea, Freddy Gonzalez, Jason Guishard, Omar Harris, Alex Mass and Rodney Vanterpool say they have frequently interrupted members having sex.
The janitors, who have all resigned from Equinox, are asking for unspecified damages and arguing their civil and human rights were violated.
Other Equinox gyms cited in the suit are located at Wall St. and Broadway, Greenwich Ave. and W. 12th St., E. 63rd St. and Lexington Ave., and Murray and Nassau Sts.

I defended a school district who fired a janitor for poor performance, and then my investigation discovered that he was a gay pedophile. The scary aspect was that this guy and his friends frequented the bathrooms at a kids' park near my house. Another bad aspect was that the school didn't even know that he had been forced to testify at the trial of another pedophile who molested a boy at one of those bathrooms.
Wanna bet that not one word of this story ever makes it to the New York Slimes? Or if it ever does, it will be in the context of the response from the sleazy, scummy, filthy bath houses.
No thanks...I'm not taking that bet.

I saw it on the show, 'ER'. They use black lights as part of a rape kit to detect semen before doing a full gyno exam. Black lights can also be used to detect cat urine on carpet.
These ignorant janitors are a bunch of disgusting, bigoted, homophobes who don't understand the enlightened nature of deviant sexual practices such as felching, gerbiling, rimming and the like. A few years ago, someone tried phtographing with long lens the persons coming and going at the 'tearoom bathroom' ... a lawsuit stopped that effort cold! The degenerates have so inveigled out socity that they now have more room to operate, not less. If public exposure is not allowed (as in the process you described), there is no other way to muster public outrage at these degenerates. I had a religious friend who took his camera with flash into the parking lot of one of the local homosexual clubs and did some 'flashing' of the 'customers' and parking lot trolls ... that club has recently been closed due to a major drop in clientele. One of the discouraging things he discovered was the large number of young people (male and female and often as what appeared to be hetero-couples) who frequented the 'club', especially on 'talent' nights. [We have a University in this town.]

I am more concerned with this at this point. Why do you suppose the investigation found nothing? Either the janitors are lying or their is a coverup or something is going on? I would believe that these two investigations are going to be used at court when they start the jury hearing if it gets that far.

Same thing in my small city where the homos have sex in the stinking smelly bathrooms at the kids soccer field. Parents finally put a stop to this temporarily, after several children witnessed these disgusting perverts attempting to recruit them in said acts of "normality."
Not even doing the jobs Americans don't want to do.

Of course, the janitors would've had to gather that evidence before resigning - you can bet the unfortunate new janitors have had to scrub down every inch of the place.

Public men's rooms have been turned into a total no-go zone for regular, old-fashioned toilet purposes. In fact, whole city parks have been turned into no-go zones for anybody who is not there looking for gay sex. I honestly cannot understand why these people are allowed to deprive the rest of us of facilities that we pay for with our tax dollars and that should reasonably be ours to use.
