It's gross! Janitors hit Equinox gym sex

Several disgusted janitors are dishing dirt on the Equinox fitness center chain, claiming in a lawsuit filed yesterday that the upscale gyms are used as sleazy gay sex clubs. The six janitors charge in the Manhattan Supreme Court suit that they are fed up with cleaning up after male gym members engage in "explicit sexual activity."
The janitors cited five Manhattan clubs, including the chain's flagship gym in the Time Warner Center at Columbus Circle, as places where "lewd behavior" is rampant in the men's locker rooms, showers, saunas and steam rooms.
When the maintenance men complained to management, they were "ridiculed" and subjected to "hostile" treatment, the lawsuit claims.
Equinox officials called the charges "frivolous" and deemed unfounded by separate investigation by federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
"It's just not an issue here at Equinox," said the chain's Chief Operating Officer Scott Rosen.
But janitors Jaisiin Bethea, Freddy Gonzalez, Jason Guishard, Omar Harris, Alex Mass and Rodney Vanterpool say they have frequently interrupted members having sex.
The janitors, who have all resigned from Equinox, are asking for unspecified damages and arguing their civil and human rights were violated.
Other Equinox gyms cited in the suit are located at Wall St. and Broadway, Greenwich Ave. and W. 12th St., E. 63rd St. and Lexington Ave., and Murray and Nassau Sts.

Where is the ACLU? I bet if the Janitors were interupting people praying and quit, they would be jumping all over this.
All they have to do is walk through the areas with a black light while videotaping... black light will show every disgusting piece of evidence.
Sexual degeneracy is mainstream ... the poor janitors will fail in this suit. We have a park in the area where the degenerates service one another in a public bathroom beside the lake ... police won't even go to the door! At least there ought to be a warning sign for children and unsuspecting parents who bring kids to the park ... 'TeaRoom' or 'FudgeStall' or some such.

I think this job might be a little too gross even for him, although Dave Attell once wielded a mop in the viewing rooms of a porn store on an episode of "Insomniac".
We have a similar situation in a city park and last year our police started setting up stings by having undercovers posing as men loitering around the park. The homopervs come up and solicit them to engage in specific acts, allthewhile it's being recorded on police voice recorders and the local TV station video cameras. When they bust the perv, the TV reporter tries to interview them while they are being hauled away in cuffs, being sure to capture their faces and everything on video which is promptly shown on the next local news cast. So far they've caught doctors, family men, you name it. It works to slow the park activity down quickly.
Having to witness homos going at it is definitely a human rights violation. They are scarred for life!
I just hope that no one emails Art Mann about this.
I suspect Mike might do this one for free.
