There was no debate in Nazi Germany and Stalinist Russia, and none today in the United States.

This guy wins the Dick Durbin-Democrat Underground Award of the Day.

Good job, man with three first names.

P.S. If he had worked in Jenjis Khan he could have also won the John F Kerry award.

Recently, Newt Gingrich, the former speaker of the House, said that freedom of speech is inconsistent with "the war on terror."

No, he didn't, and that is a perfect example of Roberts claiming to defend the truth by lying through his teeth. It is, though, telling that he cites the "solution" of the dead princes as an example of how we ought to treat the truth. It was pure fiction.

What is wrong with concentration camps?

There is "catch and release" going on in Irak as we speak because there are not enough prison beds. There is catch and release of illegals going on right here in river city because there are not enough detention beds(so we are told...I suspect PC). Sheriff Arpia in Phoenix runs kind of a concentration camp down there...

so what is wrong with concentration camps....as long as we call them something else....like "detention centers"??

Sounds like a relatively inexpensive way to house "detainees" to me.

I don't feel like embarrassing him or her further. And the website was one of those, "Bush will declare martial law when the corporo-syndicate gives the word, here are some photos of the camps and the FEMA boxcars that will transport us there."

Just like some great opuses (opii?)

Actually, the plural of opus is opera. I kid you not.

Thanks. I don't want a website like that. But if you happen to see any references to what this appropriation bill was, ping me.

Thanks.

Going to one of Willie's old PCR threads is fun, if only to click on the moniker of each poster to discover if they still exist.

I think it's entirely possible that PCR miscalculated his dosage . . . we just completed improvements at Gitmo, for example. Maybe that set him off.

Hey, I found it!

I don't think concentration camp was a good choice of works for the NewsMax writer to use. These sound similar to the camps we used for the Japanese.

Using concentration camp was obvious use of propaganda vs. dentetion center.

Excerpt

The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to be closed down and to be turned into prisons.

Thanks for the input though!

"The nation's 17 million college and university students are being denied truth while their risky behavior is condoned by the prevalent social agenda on campus. Dispassionate objectivity and compassionate concern for an individual's health and well-being have been replaced by social activism

Maybe I need to change my terminology. These farewells were far from boring, but there was nothing opera-like about them!

Fixed it for ya. You can thank me later

Yes, PCR is making a valid point, I don't completely agree with his examples but truth, objective truth, has fallen to propaganda, EVERYWHERE. So I thought I'd post another professional in a different profession making the same point. One can easily see the propagandists at work, since they never debate, only insult and ridicule.
