Today CNN announced that "The CNN Poll will become the CNN/Opinion Research Corporation Poll" -
Press release - CNN and Opinion Research Announce Formal Polling Partnership
PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Opinion Research Corporation, a leading provider of global market research and consulting services, today announced the establishment of a formal polling partnership with CNN, one of the world's most respected and trusted sources for news and information. The CNN Poll will become the CNN/Opinion Research Corporation Poll.
"Opinion Research Corporation's reputation for independent, objective analysis and its excellent reputation in the industry make the firm the ideal polling partner for CNN," said Sam Feist, CNN's Political Director. "As the network gears up to offer the most in-depth and expansive coverage of the 2008 election, Opinion Research Corporation will be a key part of giving viewers the accurate and relevant information they demand to help them make decisions."

Based on the history of the people who recently acquired Opinion Research Corp., we believe that the true purpose of the CNN/Opinion Research partnership is to rig the poll results to benefit Hillary Clinton in her 2008 presidential campaign.
Opinion Research was purchased last year by InfoUSA. InfoUSA is controlled by a hard-core Clintonista named Vinod Gupta.
Gupta is a major Clinton/DNC donor and fundraiser, and Lincoln Bedroom guest. He has recently spent large sums to establish these Clinton-worship centers in India -
The Bill Clinton Science and Technology Center
Gochar Intermediate College, Rampur Maniharan
The Center was founded to help Scientists, Engineers and Doctors better perform their duties in a professional manner and be a part of the process of technological advancement. The campus covers more than 10 acres and is home to Physics, Biology, Chemistry and Agricultural Labs and a Computer Science Center. It is Vinod's desire that some of those who study at the WJCST Center gain admission to medical and engineering colleges.
The Hillary Rodham Clinton Mass Communication Center
Having provided a basic curriculum at the Women's Polytechnic and Science Center, Vinod now has bigger plans to transform the lives of young men and women. This new center will include training in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Media Management, Television Presentation/Anchoring and Web Design.
Gupta manipulated InfoUSA's acquisition of Opinion Research to his personal benefit last year by purchasing shares in Opinion Research, then using his position as chairman of InfoUSA to orchestrate the acquisition of O.R.C. at a nearly 100% premium - thus driving up the value of his O.R.C. shares at the expense of his IUSA shareholders. This sleazy transaction was described last year in a New York Times article
Due to adverse publicity during an IUSA proxy battle last year, Gupta removed his personal web site (www.vingupta.com) which contained several photos of him getting cozy with the Clintons.
We have obtained several photos of Gupta getting hot and sweaty with the Clintons from his deleted web site -
Given the close personal and financial ties between the man who controls Opinion Research Corp. and the Clintons, we believe that the CNN/Opinion Research polling results are hopelessly tainted and intended to benefit Hillary Clinton's presidential bid. CNN either failed to perform due diligence on their partner, or they are complicit in this polling sham.
Hey, if it makes the democrats think she's electable, so much the better.
I see you're finally making yourself useful around here. :-D
Bad as the media bias was in '04, it will be even worse in '08.
I predict science-fiction, Orwellian levels of it.
my comment: CNN = pile of crap
LOL........er, that's not what I had in mind, kiddo!
even better than i hoped.
Howlin, this is suberb. Excellent work, my dear friend!
Oh how wonderful it is, when such a costly and sneaky plan comes together and then it's EXPOSED!!!!
Why am I not surprised -- the media doesn't even try to hide it anymore -- they are totally blantant in their bias today.
Who's the "we"?
I guess Missus Clinton is in the lead then.
The people who had input into this research.
Check this out Mark!
Oh my my
"CNN either failed to perform due diligence on their partner, or they are complicit in this polling sham."
100% guarantee it is the later!!
Look at the pics everybody --- note the guy holding the cigar in the bottom photo --- he's wearing a WH V-neck shirt!
We are in the battle of our lives. Soros and the mainstream media against talk radio.
I thought it was all you.
It was a joint effort, believe me.
All here but you?
Good Guess .. LOL!
Wow Hillary looks pregnant or bloated in that pink shirt.
Lest anyone had any doubts, we now know for sure that CNN is officially the Clinton News Network.
You had to know better than that. My replies are short and pithy. :-)
Wow, great work.
Though anyone can knock 20 to 30 strokes off their golf game using Bubba Math.
Well it's good, whoever did it. We need more of this.
You should send it to Brit Hume and/or Sean Hannity! He'll report it!
They are getting started early.
Give them an "A" for initiative, and an "F" for veracity, morality, decency, patriotism, and good looks.
THIS is what Free Republic is about. Howlin, this is great info.
Somebody will, I am sure.
BILL HEAVES GIFT-HORSE TREADMILL
New York Post (NY)
March 28, 2001
Estimated printed pages: 2
HOURS after PAGE SIX reported that a flab-hating friend of Bill Clinton's sent a treadmill to the portly former prez's home, the exercise apparatus was sent back.
As Day 2 of Treadmillgate unfolded with several new developments, Clinton's office called Omni Fitness in White Plains yesterday morning to return the $7,000 treadmill that was delivered to the Clintons' Chappaqua manse.
We've also learned that the mysterious benfactor who bought the gift for Clinton is Vinod Gupta, the CEO of InfoUSA, an Omaha, Neb., database company.
Gupta, who donated $1 million to Clinton's presidential library fund, has stayed overnight in the Lincoln Bedroom. Clinton, who calls him "Vin," slept over at Gupta's house in the heartland after a fund-raiser. Days before he left office, Clinton appointed Gupta to the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center of the Performing Arts.
Clinton's rep, Julia Payne, said Clinton's decision to return the fitness freebie had nothing to do with any naughty conflict-of-interest innuendo we may have ignited yesterday.
"He already has a treadmill," she explained.
"I know all the power and influence that PAGE SIX wields, but your report had nothing to do with his decision to return it."
Gupta, who was traveling in India yesterday, was described by Payne as a "long-time friend and supporter" of the Clintons.
Payne said Clinton's office tried unsuccessfully to reach Gupta to tell him not to send the treadmill, which as of yesterday, sat in a box in the Clintons' shed, waiting to be picked up by Omni Fitness.
Jimmy Kriz, who sold Gupta the treadmill that was sent to Clinton's house, told us that he wished Bill and Hillary would at least compare the state-of-the-art Life Fitness 9500 to their old machine. "I don't even think they've looked at it," he said. "This is a great treadmill. It's top of the line. It's definitely better than what they have now."
When Kriz spoke to Clinton's office yesterday about the machine, "They told me I probably shouldn't talk about it anymore," he admitted.
But we had to ask: did he take Clinton's rejection of his treadmill personally? "No, I sell 'em all the time," he declared. "It's just that this one was to the president. I don't think anyone else in the industry has done that."
But Gupta may have taken Clinton's slight a little harder. When we called his office in Omaha, his assistant snapped, "I'm not helping you with your story. I'm hanging up now."
Absolutely. I was proud to do my part.
'04? What about '06? Macaca!
Motley crew, aren't they?
You did good. We need more of this, and less carping about trivial junk.
Excellent work. It is fascinating to see the Clinton plan to return their co-presidency to the White House. Where is Richard Mellon Scaife when we need him?
Howlin, you're definitely a member in good standing on the Board of Directors in the illustrious BUCKHEAD Club!!
Buyer Voter, beware.
BUMP THAT and DITTO Howlin!!!
Excellent reporting Howlin, good job!
