The side story of the Grand Cindy Concert tour....is that it isn't traveling the globe free of charge. When you take her schedule of the past two years...and figure in all the costs...she has spent over $1 million easily...and probably closer to $2 million. Someone has to pay for the Grand Cindy Concert tour. It might be fascinating just who is pumping money into this effort.
