Last I checked, Senator Dodd had no authority over decisions made in the state of South Carolina, pertaining to matters of state government. Sounds like he's just trying to make a "splash" among certain, key Democrat voting blocs, by bloviating his way into matters that do not concern him.
McCain did the exact same thing when he disgraced our state.
Perhaps few grasp it...but this is all starting to appear like 1850 again...with various Northern politicians playing out their act for points...and Southern politicans who perform the same act against the North.
