Hillary! has to talk for a certain amount of time, but has nothing to say, so she just talks really... really... slow... ly...
She knows that whatever she has to say will make no sense to anybody who hears it. But she also knows that she has to say something. So she delivers a speech that is impossible to listen to, so nobody will bother. But from now on, she will be hailed by all the round-heeled MSM as having a serious plan.
It is right out of the Bill Clinton for President 1992 Play-Book. Some things you say to get on TV, and some things you say in such a way that there can be no useful footage to put on the TV.
No, she's talking slowly so that people who speak English as a second (or third) language can understand her. In other words, she's talking slowly to her non-English-speaking base.

Hillary has a plan to win the nomination--use "the politics of personal destruction" to eliminate her rivals one by one, until there is no plausible alternative (just crackpots like Kucinich and Sharpton).
She can try to "fix" the lack of military credentials by picking someone with them, like Jim Webb or Chuck Hagel. I tend to think she will avoid selecting Obama, if only because he would outshine her and because the black vote is already hers.
Good point. And very smart on her part because many of her supporters are stupid.
