Leahy is listing all the "failures" of President Bush, saying that he doesn't see how this surge has any hope of succeeding either. I wish he'd return to sitting under his apple tree and get a clunk on the head a la Newton and come up w/ONE new idea (to him)...like say, the troops DID succeed...they brought down a brutal dictator.
