Is that the goal of cutting gasoline consumption by just 20% then? Wow I can't wait to hear the President say that. Please tell me when the money for the Muslim terrorists will dry up. I can't wait. Who'd have thought that government command economy decisions could be so effectives.

Because our dependence on foreign oil negatively affects our balance of payments and embroils or entangles us with some nasty people, e.g., Chavez and the Saudis.
