Border Patrol Nabs Ex-Con (Mexican man, child sex offender, found with 15-year-old boy)

U.S. Border Patrol agents on Sunday apprehended a 36-year-old man from Mexico, who had served 18 months in a U.S. prison for criminal sexual contact of a minor, and a 15-year-old boy traveling with him near N.M. 9 in southern Luna County, the Deming Headlight reported.

Border Patrol spokesman Doug Mosier said Manuel Augustine Cobos had been deported following his prison sentence, and he now faces additional prison time if he is convicted of re-entry into the United States after deportation, the Headlight reported.

The teenager was to be transferred to the Mexican Consulate in El Paso, the Headlight reported.

What's sad is that it's a good thing the BP agent did not feel threatened or think he saw a gun. The BP agent could have been jailed for defending himself.

You just need to look at our justice system today with wonder. An illegals gets eighteen months for sexually assault on a minor. But shooting an illegal drug dealer in the ass gets an American ten years.
