What about the hospitals?Medical care will be hard to come by. I did forget one major expense that will put the states into a real bind...how many new jails will be needed?

New jails will just be a minor expense. After the last Amnesty, my county had to build 5 new welfare offices, even got a Dept. of Labor waiver to avoid paying 'prevailing wages' so great was the need.
Plus to had to buy a old K-mart store just for additional space to process the welfare checks.
Thanks for nothing Bush!
