Thank you for keeping me on your ping list and for this encouraging update. Praise God and all His prayer warriors who have been praying for Carrie. His healing love is working through everyone around her.

Our most fervent and heartfelt prayers for Carrie and ALL her family.
Today is my special saint Anthony of Padua's feast day . . . and he is well known as a worker of miracles.
Holy Saint Anthony, gentle and powerful in your help, your love for God and charity for His creatures, made you worthy, when on earth, to possess miraculous powers. Miracles waited on your word, which you were always ready to request for those in trouble or anxiety. Encouraged by this thought, I implore you to obtain for God's child, Carrie, healing, comfort, and peace. The answer to my prayer may require a miracle. Even so, you are the Saint of miracles. Gentle and loving Saint Anthony, whose heart is ever full of human sympathy, take my petition to the Infant Savior for whom you have such a great love, and the gratitude of my heart will ever be yours. Amen.
I forgot to include the information sent from my aunt and uncle that Carrie now has a wheelchair, making it much easier for her to go outdoors, such as on Sunday for the open house.
Thanks for the update on Carrie and her family. I continue to include Carrie, and those close to her, in my prayers daily.
Those who are caring for Carrie might want to consider trying a vegetable juicer if they aren't already using one. Fresh vegetable juice is a great way to get concentrated nutrients into one's system in an easily digestible form.

Thanks so much for this really great update. Continuing to hold Carrie & your family up in prayers.
Prayers for Carrie’s healing continue, with thanksgiving for that wonderful family and support group that surrounds her.
I’m lifting Carrie and her family up in my prayers. It’s great that she’s been making such progress. May God Bless her and her family.
I am very happy to say her mom has been giving her juiced vegetables via her feeding tube and Carrie is handling them without problems. Thank you for bringing this up. =)
I’ve kept Carrie on our Parish Prayer list since the beginning. So good to see so many praying for her, and the prayers sure seem to be helping!

To Carrie’s Parents and to Gretchen,
It was so good to hear of Carrie’s progress, she has come a long way since the day of her accident. It is wonderful that she is breathing on her own and can now go outside and enjoy fresh air and sunshine.
I am glad you can chose who helps Carrie on a daily basis. I always aid a Hospital is a hard place for a person to get better, having been in the hospital a few times. It is a noisy, bossy place, where you all live on their schedule. I know the hospital is necessary, but I really feel the best place to heal completely is at home. Carrie’s eyes are focusing, that is wonderful.
I am continuing my prayers for Carrie for a complete healing, and for you her parents. You are wonderful parents, and I know this has been hard on you. Prayers continue for you, thru the process of caring for Carrie and returning her to full health.
