God Love you all.

Did Cindy Seahag and Susan Benjamin make it back into the country after violating the travel ban to their little rally for terrorsm at the Castro side of the fence at Gitmo?
The two of them have been awfully quiet these last few days.

Thanks for the AAR, and thanks for your faithfulness. All you guys wear some long johns under your clothes. They make all the difference. If you don't have any, go buy some. They give you that layer of insulation that you need and you almost can't get cold.

Great thread, PleaDeal! It has been a wonderful ride all the past year, since the FReep is now so much more focused on our reason for being therehonoring the soldiers.

A moonbat is a moonbat is a moonbat. I do have a small question, though, as to whether we have a case of mistaken identity:

Getting the commies off that corner has made a world of difference--all to the good.
Dress warm everyone. And eat before you get there. Too cold for pizza tonight!

Here's another nice bit of news to those who saw the article in last week's thread asking to help put one of the many wonderful milblogs over the top in a tight competition to win $3000, which the blogger/FReeper chcknhawk had promised to donate to military children of the
Camp Lejeune ballerina troupe.
Soldier's Perspective wrote:
"It's Official: We won by a mere 105 votes!! Thank you again....True to their word, VA Mortgage Company has already made good on their promise. Approximately five minutes ago, they deposited the $3000 (before Paypal's stupid $88 fee) into our Paypal account. CPL M and I will work with Lauren (the ballerina instructor) to find a good time to present the check to them. Thanks again go out to you and the VAMC."
For a tally of the contestants and winners, click here. Thanks to all FReepers who voted. Let's keep supporting the charities of all your favorite milblogs.
For some great reading, here are links to a few, but by no means all, milblogs enjoyed by the WR FReep group (in no particular order):
Semper Gratus
Mr Smash Goes to Washington
Andi's World
Sandgram
Contact Right
Blackfive
And a few, but by no means all, stellar commentary blogs (in no particular order):
The Redhunter
Conservative Propaganda
DC Protest Warrior
Other blogs have been featured in other threads, and still others will doubtless be featured in future threadsthe more troop support, the merrier.

To all WRAMC freepers--CONGRATULATIONS!!!! I didn't get to read this posting before I showed up or I would have brought some "happy anniversary" banners. I know you all are a HUGE blessing and encouragement to all the wounded and their families--and to the troops overseas. Thank you ALL for your steadfast patriotism!
