I often butt heads here with those who think the Iraq situation is a hopeless quagmire, eventhough several here post countless articles about what is really going on there and how well our Military is performing in an extremely complicated mission.

I have faith in what our troops are doing. If this war is lost (and it could be), it will be lost by congress, not by our troops. Did we err in some areas? I don't see how we could not have. Nevertheless, the good outweighs the errors--just read SandRat's articles for a little perspective. It really does help when you're deluged with media negativity.
