(01-31) 20:04 PST SAN FRANCISCO -- San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom's re-election campaign manager resigned today after confronting the mayor about an affair Newsom had with his wife while she worked in the mayor's office, City Hall sources said.

What kind of mayor of SF is he? He should be having an affair with the aide's boyfriend. You mean they voted in a straight mayor? Of course a lot of gays lead a "straight" life as a cover but you mean to tell me there isn't a decent gay who can be mayor of SF? What's this world coming to?
