Good shoot.
Next.........
ban caffeine...
That's one perp the cops don't have to worry about anymore! Three shots in the ol' ticker sounds like good shootin' on the deputy's part.
Jack-booted thug. Are the police going to start shooting everyone who tries to strangle them to death? Were 11 bullets really necessary? Couldn't he have used only 9 instead? This is a police state.
You left out the part that the dead man was in handcuffs.
I misread that too, the first time. The deputy was transporting a prisoner and she was the one handcuffed.
I'm not sure what'd happen to me if I shot someone running away from me on the theory that he might have a gun in his car but I suspect it won't happen to this deputy.
"Pedro Jo "
Hmmmmm.......
In the paper it says he adjusted his handcuffs. The pugh girl was locked in the back seat of the deputy's car. So what ever she says is payment for not being charged.
Whole thing doesn't smell right, the deputy shot a car thief 3 times once before, wrecked his cop car with him at fault, he ran in to another car. If I was the sheriff and the deputy is not charged I'd tell him to find a new job.
Did he have a dash-cam running? Sounds like a lot of the fight would be in view of one, if it was rolling.
One picture is worth, etc.
Right now, one what is presented in the story, I lean heavily toward the cop.
