UNCLE GEORGE!!!

Oh, and my Uncle Dean was in the Army but must have been too old for WWII. My cousin Everett served in Europe in WWII (he was already 30 by the time I was born), and I have some of the cards he sent to my mother.

That is good you had some strong influences in your life. I had an uncle George also. My dad's youngest brother who was also his golfing best bud until dad died. Was in European theater . army. during WW2

Uncle George is still living & is 82 now
