That's like saying that Dubya's pronouncing "nuclear" as "nucular" provides the Democrats with a lot of unnecessary ammo -- if Dubya possessed a command of the English language that made William F. Buckley sound like a meth-addled hillbilly, the Democrats would simply find some other angle and use it in exactly the same way.
Of course they would. My point is that our in-your-face sexual depravity probably helps recruit more members to the Islamist cause.

It's simply a convenient excuse. They hated us at our founding, and were willing to try to destroy our trading if we didn't pay them protection money, and we were pretty buttoned up then. If a nation isn't dominated by Islam, it is, of course, an enemy of Islam.
The essence of Islam is hatred.
