I agree with you for now, but it's now public knowledge that DHS has lied to Congress and that the 'evidence' used to convict these agents was fabricated by DHS and the prosecutor. For what reason I do not know but I'm sure that the Congressmen who have been on top of this from the beginning are all over the WH about these new revelations. The President can no longer just sit on the sidelines and whatch this play out. It's HIS DHS and HIS Federal Prosecutor who are behind this. He needs to take action and restore some level of morale in the Border Patrol and win back the confidence of the few Americans who are paying attention.

Didnt the border guards shot the fleeing Mexican in the ass. Firing on a fleeing suspect is against the law. They admit they did it. While I would have thought there are more grievous crimes to prosecute, the guys were guilty.
