Pelosi has expressed concern about having to stop and refuel, primarily for security reasons, her office says.Fort Bliss and White Sands are plenty secure, include the approach paths, so her argument is 100% BS.

Did you know she demanded a 757? Bigger than Air Force one!

Fort Bliss and White Sands are plenty secure, include the approach paths, so her argument is 100% BS. That's what I was thinking. A military aircraft is going to do fuel stops at military facilities under most circumstances. Even an Air NG Base can refuel the plane in reasonable security.

Yep, plenty of Air Force bases between the 2 coasts, security wouldn't be an issue.

Didn't she refer to war in Iraq as a 'situation'?
