E.D. Hill on FoxNews is talking about the deputy sheriff who is currently in jail for shooting at a vehicle with illegals trying to cross the border. A couple of days ago, the revelation was made that the Prosecutor is the same Sutton who prosecuted these 2 border agents. Hill just said that the 'witness' [illegal] in this case against the deputy sheriff was also given immunity (by Sutton) to testify against the sheriff.

Well, that can't be! Johnny Sutton is a "solid law-and-order conservative" who prosecutes Mexican drug smugglers "in droves, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Border Patrol."

LMAO! I wonder how Andrew C. McCarthy over at National Review feels about being duped by a scumbag like Sutton? Think Andrew might pull his head out of his behind and apologize to his readers? Right.

This was posted to me in another thread. I think it answers allot of questions about this situation -- Sutton is close to AG Gonzales who is close to GW Bush:
