Clinton on Rove, Gingrich, and DeLay: 'I'm the one person they are most afraid of.'
ABC News ^ | February 11, 2007 | Teddy Davis

Posted on 02/11/2007 2:51:26 PM PST by West Coast Conservative

Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., presented herself as the Democrat top Republicans fear most on Sunday while campaigning in Nashua, N.H.

"I know what Gingrich tells people privately, I know what DeLay tells people privately, I know what Karl Rove tells people privately," Clinton said Sunday at the Nashua home of Debra and Mike Pignatelli. "I'm the one person they are most afraid of. Bill and I have beaten them before and we will again."

This is not the first time that the former First Lady has touted the Clinton brand's history of winning presidential elections.

It is the first time, however, according to people who have followed the early stages of her presidential campaign, that she has been so explicit in naming Republicans whom she claims privately fear her as a general-election opponent.

"I'm the one person they are most afraid of."

For the same reason people were afraid of Stalin. Yeah, that would be the DEAD people.

"Bill and I have beaten them before and we will again."

Throwing ashtrays and making racist remarks isn't exactly "beating" anyone.

I do not fear Hillary. I do not fear Bill. I do not fear Billhillary. What I do fear are the people who are uninformed and ignorant enough to vote for any of them.

Thinking over this comment of hers a bit more, it sounds like shes trying to scare demos.

If it isn't that, then its just immaturity.... "people are scared of me" how lame.

They'd kill each other first.

How... can I get that image out of my poor head.

Nice work, though. As horrid as it is, it should be printed and posted publicly all over the country. If this is done, invest in firms manufacturing sleep medications because thats the stuff of nightmares.

They are afraid of her, but not for the reason she thinks(her electability), but of her unbridled communism.

You're right. She sounds more like the buzzed insecure loud mouth holding court at the Persian Room than a Presidential candidate.

They are afraid (rightfully) for what you'll do to this country if you schmooze your way into the White House.

Ha ha ha. She'll continue the Rat streak of not getting a majority of votes, and unlike Bill, she won't have a third party taking votes from the Republican.

"I'm the one person they are most afraid of. Bill and I have beaten them before and we will again."

My God! Any sane person hearing that statement would be scared to death to have her in the WH.

This well worn pic depicts here vindictive, nasty, threatening attitude.

They should be!! She is one scary B*tch!! Just ask Bill!

He's been the object of her wrath for quite some time. To the point he had to chronical her actions in his book.

Is it me or does her manner of speaking come across as visceral and angry. It borders on some of the smack talk we hear in pro sports. My gosh how is America going to accept this women when she comes across as the proverbial, you know the word, I think it was used in the TV show Dynasty during one of the car fights. My gosh she makes Nurse Ratchet look like Florence Nightingale...
