I like very much what Duncan Hunter has proposed:

Look for a Stalinist-style purge of about 1-2 billion people in the next 10-20 years.

They want to limit what you drive, what you eat....and now how many children you have? All for the sake of fighting global warming? Boy this is starting to go from loony to downright scary.
