MANATEE - The suspected abductor of Clay Moore is in custody this morning.
The arrest of Vicente Ignacio Beltran-Moreno came 12 days after the gunpoint kidnapping of the 13-year-old Palmetto schoolboy. A 2 p.m. news conference was scheduled by the Manatee County Sheriff's Office to provide more information about the arrest.
Beltran is a 22-year-old laborer who had been working construction recently. He lived with his girlfriend and two children in a house east of Bradenton.
Clay Moore was taken at gunpoint on Friday, Feb. 23, just before 9 a.m. at the school bus stop that adjoins Kingsfield Estates, where he lived with his mother and stepfather. Several hours later, the teenager called from a farmer's cell phone and said he had safely escaped his duct-tape shackles after the kidnapper left him tied to a tree about 20 miles east of Interstate 75.
Subsequently, law officers said the kidnapping appeared to be for ransom. A ransom note was found in the trash in the Beltran home.
Who wrote the ransom note, Beltran or is girlfriend?
I picked up some old LR tapes at the Dollar Store a few years ago ... every one of his episodes was a lesson on being an American.

Sheriff Charlie Wells said police continue to search diligently, with help from the FBI and the border patrol, to seek 22-year-old suspect, Vicente Ignacio Beltran-Moreno. They found the suspect's truck over the weekend, and later found a ransom note written in English at the home where he lived.Beltran-Moreno is a laborer from Mexico who is believed fled to Mexico or out West; he speaks only broken English, authorities said.
So how about this? Pain the side that faces the enemy "Green" and the side facing you "red."
Or is this too logical?
The pains they go to NOT to mention the fact tells you that, yes, he is an illegal. One more crime that shouldn't have happened here. Thanks Pres Bush and all other open border lovers.
I hope you are being sarcastic or kidding. You can't understand what front toward enenmy means? Really? Who the hell gave you a degree? If you were just kidding ignore this post otherwise seriously consider giving your degree back, you aren't smart enough to have one.
Oh, good! He'll be easy to identify. People who speak broken English are rare in America, so he'll stand out. ;)

Illegal aliens do the kidnapping jobs that Americans won't.
