Don't bother looking for it via Google News. There hasn't been a single major story published on him since Charles Rust-Tierney appeared in Court. A local source sent me this, which Google either didn't capture, or hasn't spidered, yet. Previous coverage here and here.
Alexandria, Va. (WUSA) -- A public defender from Arlington now finds that he is the accused. Fifty-one year old Charles Rust-Tierney appeared in United States District Court in Alexandria Wednesday.
He’s accused of receiving and possessing child pornography, and investigators outlined what they say they found after searching his home.
They say Rust-Tierney had video showing, among other things, the sexual torture of infants and toddlers. The judge said she’d never heard of child pornography that vile and said because of that, Rust-Tierney would stay behind bars until his trial.

Bill O'Reilly has been all over this massive democrat party media cover-up, but he is the only voice in the wilderness defending children (click below). Rust-Tierney has a large collection of videos of screaming, crying little children being violently raped, usually with their little hands tied up.
Oh, And Charles Rust-Tierney was head of the Virginia ACLU, ferocious advocates of NAMBLA and access to child porn in public libraries.

In the summer of 2003, Operation Predator was launched by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agency. The investigation has targeted individuals who make and consume child pornography worldwide. Because much of this stuff is manufactured overseas and shipped to America, ICE agents took the lead in tracking down the bad guys in the United States.
Child pornography is expensive to purchase and, because of the Internet, the distribution of this evil material has become easy. Have a credit card, you can get it.
Tierney apparently told the feds that he paid for the child porn using a PayPal account and then downloaded images of prepubescent girls being violently raped onto CD-ROM disks, which the authorities seized in his home.
One of the images Tierney was in possession of showed a little girl tied up and screaming while being violently raped.
This shocking case received little media attention even though Tierney, 51, is a well-known figure in the Washington, D.C., area and strenuously fought against limits on Internet access in libraries.

But you are exactly right, the msm will not touch this case.
The media has ignored this event - of that there can be no doubt. More interesting is that of the DC media that have printed or broadcast anything, there is a glossing over of the criminal complaint. The Arlington Police withdrew their press release from their web site while the Feds {ICE} duly posted their information. Now the Judge is so offended that release of the accused is denied until trial, but just exactly what is so offensive. Silence.
Just silence.
But it won't go away because there are victims and the victims will be heard.

It certainly isn't surprising that the press refuses to report on this case of infant-torture porn since it is such a horrible reflection on the Democrat party and its allies. They'll continue to try to spike it.
