It doesn't have to be a civil war. It could just be a plain old ordinary war against invaders. Of course, that war could start whenever we get serious about protecting our borders.

Sometimes I wonder if the border is not closed because the feds fear it would start an outright war with Mexico. We've let this go far too long.
