Well! I see Debbie is heavily into outrage.
I understand her concern, but her criticism is a mite strong.
By the way, it sounds like a pretty mundane book.
The Whitman-Walker Clinic in DC reports that the District has a higher percentage of HIV positive adults than do 24 sub-Saharan countries. That's on a poster in the subway system.
Therefore, Jenna's book is not exactly a revelation.
I'm sure she meant well.
BTW, I didn't see Chelsea Clinton teaching in DC Schools. Which, btw, are nightmares, for the most part. Good on you for that, Jenna!
Jenna's point was well made. The same people who read Ann Frank may very well read this book.
There is no indication at all that Jenna was comparing the plight of the two girls.
These Bush girls have done more public service since graduating college than a good many of the holier than thou posters on FR.
"Well! I see Debbie is heavily into outrage.

I wonder what Debbie had to say about that absurd piece Chelsea wrote after 9/11. How much money was Chelsea paid for that?
It must really bother Debbie that Jenna is actually working to help the DC school system and where's Chelsea, and Al Gore's offspring?
Bushes always do. That's the problems. Their political enemies never do.

Since you brought up another President-baby, do you think that this book would even have been read let alone published if Jenna were not a Bush?
