i wish someone would get rid of Greta on FNCAll of these bimbos (including Geraldo) who chase the celebrity bandwagon, Rita, Geraldo & Greta, can all go scratch as far as I'm concerned. It's this garbage, along with the hour-upon-hour junk about Smith-what's-her-name type coverage that drags down that network. Who cares?

She was known to get some of her "breaking news" here at FreeRepublic. We are as good, or BETTER, than any source on the 'net. That might have been one of Rita's good points.

I thought she was truly awful. My husband ran screaming out of the room when she came on.

I agree.
I always liked her. I thought she was intelligent, charming and "hot".
FOX has been doing some weird things lately with their better newscasters. I think they have problems with higher level management there - serious problems, which isn;t good for the only network that attempts to give conservatives a break.

most recently a story on Anna Nicole Smith's private funeral in the Bahamas. She went to the house after the party and they kicked her out. Right on TV. Ha ha ha.

I guess Rita can stand on street corners with a sign that says, "Will lie about news for lattes."
I'm pretty happy to see Rita and Ana Marie Cox both on the Unemployment lines.

At some point, I would bet we will be seeing a similar article with similar circumstances but the players will be CNN and Kiran Chetry. ;)

I could never get past her pathetic performance when the US Supreme Court's decision in Bush v. Gore was announced. That was an embarrassment. Ditto. Her breathless reporting on what a tremendous victory the ruling was for the Gore camp should rank right up with Dewey vs. Truman. Even better was watching her have to go back on the air with a guest an hour later and act like it never happened.

In what way? I obviously missed
it as I can't stand watching the
Bubblehead bleach blonde story
Du Jour, that he allways seems
to be talking about whenever i
see him on TV. Same as Greta.

I was really sad to see Kiren go.
I find myself wondering if the
reason she left, was because they
didn't give her E.D.s spot on F&F
that in my opinion she not only
deserved, but was a shoe in for.
I don't care for E.D.s replacement
at all. Can't even remember her
name. I just don't watch F&F very
much anymore.
