You ain't just whistling Dixie. Rudy can eat all the corn pones and grits he wants, he is a loser for sure.
Rudy's endorsement of Ralph Reed bombed and all of the candidates he campaigned for went down to defeat in the Nov 06 Repub debacle.
Even though Rudy has had a series of "Come to Jesus" moments after he discovered to his everlasting horror that he really needs conservatives, the reality is conservatives ain't buying Mayor Rudolfo. He also lost the SC and CPAC straw polls.
Rudy's an airhead-----he still doesn't "get it." He keeps thinking he's Borat ----that he can tell those "dumb Christians" anything and they'll believe it.
Yeah, gay hatred for Rudy is the reason the Mayor kept honoring gays at special Gracie Mansion events.
Fox News sure loves the lil bald-headed guy, they like to have him on as a pundit once in a while.
Why do you folks insist on arguing with NYers here at FR who know what the reality is? Geez.
Four pictures of the most extreme fringe of the homosexual community do not prove a bloody thing.
Except that you're desperate.
Andrew Sullivan loves Rudy.
What does that say?
Count me as one of those people too. In fact - before anyone officially announced they were running - I was trying to figure out who I could support for President. I came up with Rudy Guiliani. He was my candidate of choice until I took a closer look at him & what he really believes in.
Rudy was good for NY - a bastion of liberalism. But he is not conservative enough to be my President.
Not only did Giuliani appear at the Empire State Pride Agenda event that included recognizing the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered police, fire, and other employees of the city, but earlier that year he declared June 18th to be "Out in Government Day".

MAYOR GIULIANI PROCLAIMS JUNE 18th OUT IN GOVERNMENT DAY
City Hall Ceremony Salutes Lesbian and Gay Pride and History Month Deputy Mayor for Community Development and Business Services Rudy Washington, on behalf of Mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani, today honored the Coalition of Lesbian and Gay City Employees by declaring June 18th Out in Government Day in a City Hall ceremony commemorating Lesbian and Gay Pride and History Month.
The Coalition of Gay and Lesbian employees was founded in 1992 and is open to all current and former employees of the City of New York in all areas of City government, including elected officials and retirees from city service.
Accepting the proclamation were Judy Ramos, Co-Chair of Out in Government and an employee of the Department of Transportation, and David Warren, a Board Member of Firefighters Lesbian and Gay and a civilian employee of the New York City Fire Department.
The Deputy Mayor also presented Certificates of Recognition to Beverly Copeland, Assistant Commissioner of Policy and Development at DCAS, and Lt. Don Jirak, President of the Gay Officers Action League GOAL) and a member of the New York City Police Department. Christopher Lynn, Executive Director of the Mayor's Task Force for the Board of Elections, served as Master of Ceremonies for the event.
"The Giuliani Administration has consistently recognized the contributions of gays and lesbians to New York City," Deputy Mayor Washington said. "As part of the Administration's overall policy of supporting gay and lesbian rights, the Mayor signed into law the landmark domestic partnership legislation in 1998 - a measure that extended long-awaited protections to gay and lesbian couples."
"I want to thank the organizers of the Coalition of Lesbian and Gay City Employees for providing an important forum to raise gay and lesbian issues. Since its founding in 1992, the Coalition has been a staunch defender of the rights of gay and lesbian municipal employees," Deputy Mayor Washington continued. June is Lesbian and Gay Pride and History Month in New York City.
This year marks the 32nd anniversary of the Stonewall riots in Greenwich Village; the 15th anniversary of the groundbreaking citywide lesbian and gay rights law prohibiting discrimination in housing, employment, and public accommodations; and the 3rd anniversary of the domestic partnership legislation which provides full benefits to the partners of gay and lesbian employees in New York City. www.nyc.gov

Him and Bill Richardson.
The press would love a Giuliani - Clinton race. It would be like Christmas everyday for them. Scandal, shady pasts, screaming candidates, mudslinging, ruthless operatives, bitter hatred from the potential voters. Its a beautiful thing for tabloid television.
It would also be a matchup of two liberal, big-government globalists -- which fits the Murdoch media empire's agenda perfectly.
I'm in Jersey, but my liberal friends seem to not mind Rudy that much.
Except that you're desperate.
Andrew Sullivan loves Rudy.
What does that say?
Look, you want dozens of queer pictures in your inbox? There's tons more, you really want that?
Rudy was hated, despised and vilified by the gay community. You don't know jack about NY.
I wonder if the plea deal included Kerik offering up information.
Kerik's got plenty of dirt on Julie-Annie---so much so that you can bet Kerik would get a top federal job if the liberal lisping twit ever gets near our WH.
Kerik having access to FBI files----yuck---enough to ditch Rudy right there.
Ever get the feeling that a new thread will be introduced on FR? Sensitivity posting training. All the lefty posters are setting the victimization stage for it.
You are using the cabarett prostests to prove gays hate Rudy? Are you telling this eye talian that all dancers are gay?

President Giuliani Proclaims June 20th "Out in Government Day" (2009)
Well, if that's all you got, then Rudy's looking better every day.
I can understand preferring more socially-conservative candidates (not that it matters much, but I understand it), but this visceral hatefest of Rudy is really quite pathological.
