I agree, but if the guy wanted to be in the business he needs to follow the rules. We can try to change the rules, and should, but he still has to follow them.
No sympathy from me on this one.

As long as Americans are stupid enough to allow these jack-booted thugs to infringe a basic constitutional and human right over governmental trivia, our rights will continue to be eroded.

What part of the word "infringed" is so difficult for bureaucrats to understand? Since the bureaucrats have not been able to outright void and null the second amendment, they make the ability to buy a gun so onerous, it might as well be scratched off the original document
