Hillary wants to surrender to al Qaeda because that is the popular opinion that will win her votes and allow her to obtain power for its own sake. (if 95% of the people were in favor of the war, we know she would be too), whereas Rudy would probably beat the insane islamofascists over the head with a crowbar himself.
