As you read through the transcript it is evident that KSM is treated well and with the greatest courtesy. If anything, America should be criticized for coddling detainees in Guantanamo Bay Cuba.

Al Qaeda has a particular habit of announcing their intentions in mundane terms considering the horrors they embody.
I was once told that Bush was dumb. I asked for a transcript or extended video so that I could decide for myself. Of course, he didn't have anything. Then I went to Whitehouse.gov. They have transcripts and videos of Bush giving speeches, at news conferences, at political rallies, etc. He is always very good. I forwarded a transcript, and a link for a video. The guy never replied. I don't know if he even looked. At least he never brought it up again.
I think these tribunal transcripts are very important and have not received sufficient attention. One problem is that they are available as PDF files only. If they were available as text files, we could select and share the more noteworthy words
