(IsraelNN.com) More than 7,000 French Jews have signed a petition asking for political asylum in the United States because of anti-Semitism in France. The petition makes pointed reference to the murder of Ilan Halimi, a 23-year-old Parisian Jew who was kidnapped and tortured to death last year by an anti-Semitic gang, and says that "following the barbarous murder of a young Jew because he was Jewish, in the context of the rise in anti-Semitic acts committed by Islamic fundamentalists, numerous members of the community no longer feel safe in France."
The petition was sent to the U.S. Congress and asks it to enact a law according French Jews refugee status.
Some French Jewish leaders were outraged: "This petition is bizarre, stupid and out of place," said Chaim Musicant, director of CRIF, the umbrella organization of secular French Jewish groups.
0.8% of Frances population is Jewish. How do they do it, simple. Each one votes 15 times, and browbeats 50 Christians into voting for liberals. A Jewish electoral majority is born.

Do you mean to say that French Jews aren't being persecuted? You never responded to a previous post of mine that very clearly and specifically refuted your assertion that French Jews are socialists and that has contributed to the physical attacks that they are suffering from in France.
You have painted yourself in a corner IMHO. Your assertion isn't true at all and because other posters have come to FR before who were Jew-haters of different stripes, you have brought yourself to the attention of others who have had experience with them. As I have also had personal experience on this site with Jew-haters, it has made that possibility more apparent.
In my experience, Jew-haters are the very first to use the lame excuse that Jews who defend their point of view question yours, and your motives, are *secular Jews. How do you know that it is the "secular Jews" of France that made the request for asylum? Did you bother to read the article? Yours is at the very least a careless assertion and at the worst, an attempt to cover your own bias.

These 7000, and if it comes to it, millions more from Europe are infinitely superior in every way than the 20 million illegals running across our border from Mexico. It is it is spelled 'contention'. And I don't believe that they will bring their socialism. The Jews of France are, for the most part, extremely traditional. They will bring something that is badly needed in our country: A respect for freedom and the knowledge of who is out to destroy it.

The word is "already", and we have a lot of RINO's doing exactly the same thing. Our beloved president has allowed more illegals across our borders than any American president in modern history. It was the RINO congress that approved Medicare part D, arguably the largest socialist appropriation since Johnson's term. It was a REPUBLICAN president who signed it.
I for one, would welcome these people from Europe. They would do no more damage than we are already doing to ourselves and might (just might) help the average American realize what he or she stands to lose if we fail in this war. Your arguments are simplistic and you sir, are mistaken.

It is definately your issues with the english language here that make it difficult to get you to see the essence of what is being said here.
Europe's problems are not because of past wars with Islam, but that history is a symptom of the larger problem. Socialism and Communism are undesireable, but they are not the reason why millions of Muslims are terrorizing Europe now. Socialism and Communism did not cause the importation of cheap North African and Middle Eastern labor to Europe, anymore than it causes the mass importation of illegal Mexican labor to the US.
The probem for the Europeans is not totalitarianism, it is a fifth column in their contries that will not assimilate and is prepared to fight to make you conform to their religion.
Some people, as you are doing, are drawing comparisons to the rise of European Islamists to Hitler and Stalin. Yes, they were totalitarian and Islamists want a Caliphate that seems similar in its controlling nature to Nazi-ism, but it is NOT the growth of Socialism that brought Islam to the shores of Europe. Even if there were no Socialism in France, the lower birth rate of the French and the higher birth rate of the Muslims would amount to the same thing. It is the open-ness of our democracies that allows the masses of immigrants in. It is our wealth that has caused us to become fat and lazy. It is our failure to appreciate our freedom that has emboldened our enemies. It has allowed them to think they are stronger, even when they are fewer in number. It will take a war to convince them otherwise and THAT is why war is inevitable on the European continent. The attacks on the smallest and easiest of minorities are just the first stages of the conflict to come.
