Psalm 31:1

In Thee, O Lord do I put my trust;
let me never be ashamed;
deliver me in Thy righteousness.

Holy Father,

No one is like You, O Lord; You are great and Your Name is mighty in power. Who should not revere You, O King of all nations? This is Your due: to receive honor, glory, praise, and blessing both now and evermore. May the people praise You, O God. May all the people praise You. Let not the wise man boast of his wisdom, or the strong man boast of his strength, or the rich man boast of his riches. But let him who boasts boast about this: that he understands and knows You, that You are the Lord, who exercises kindness, justice and righetousness on earth, for in these You delight. Help each of us to be followers of the You, the One worthy of being followed, and imitators of the love You have shown us. May our lives be a sweet-smelling savor to You as we live out the purposes You ordained for us before we were even born.

God of all blessings, we raise up in prayer Your servant, George W. Bush, and ask You to impart Your peace and joy to him. We pray that he will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. May he not fear nor worry, Lord, and may he never fail to bear fruit for Your glory. Direct his heart to the love of God and to the steadfastness of the Savior. May he overcome every fiery dart from the devil’s hand as he continues to dwell in the secret place of Your protection. We ask that in every way and at every opportunity, he would be an ambassador of Your love. May his genuine love of the Savior shine like a light in the darkness of this world. We confess that You are our God who answers the prayers of Your people who cry out to You for the continued protection of their President.

Father, our heart cry is also for Your protection of our military men and women---that You would grant them safety and great success. May their actions be pleasing in Your sight and may their experiences serve to bring them closer to Your heart. Make a clear path for the gradual return of our troops and the stablization of the Iraqi government. Reveal the whereabouts of the terrorists, Lord, and grant that they would be brought to justice.

Our God, You who love to hear the prayers of Your children, hear us this day. Let our hearts be blessed as we commune with You. May Your Name be magnified in each of our lives, and may Christ be glorified as we grow in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We ask this in the Name of our Savior, our Redeemer and King. Amen.

We bless You, Father, for the goodness and mercy You show our President day by day. We thank You for answering our prayers for his protection and his ability to deflect attacks and criticisms. We acknowledge Your hand in these things. Continue to assure that he has all the information that he needs to make the decisions upon which he is called to make.

We bless You for all the salvations that have occurred among our troops and thank You for the continued outpouring of Your Spirit of Truth among them. Thank You, Sir.

As we Approach Your Throne, my King, we are So Thankful for Your Loving Care. When we are Overwhelmed by the Trials of this Life, You Love us, and Call Out our Name. Our Dearest and Gracious Lord, Your Strength Upholds us, and Keeps us Safe. O Father of Mercies, we Love and Adore You; into Thy Strong Arms we Fall.

We Interceed for our Brother-President, Pleading that he will be Graced in Jesus Christ. Such Venom we have Never Seen that is Directed at this Dear Man; he is Hated, my God, because he Bears Your Royal Name. Shield his Soul, our Master, with the Love of Thy Spirit of Peace. Guard him, our Savior, from the Wolves that Rend and Tear. May he Continue to feel our Prayers, our Supplications Comforting his Heart.

Our Prayers Arise for our Military, O Lord, with Thanksgiving for Great Grace. Keep them Hidden Beneath Your Hand, Granting them Divine Help and Strength. Glory to You, Lord Jesus, for Gifting us with Courageous Men.

Be Pleased, Your Grace, to Bless the Children of Your Love. We Worship You, O Father our King, Praying in our Savior's Name, amen.
