I never heard of the guy. His level of significance reminds me of the fall of that Haggard fellow, the guy who the MSM insisted was so famous despite the fact that nobody seemed to know much about him. :-)
Sometimes the reason for the divorce has to do with the other person in the relationship. I know this nuance escapes a lot of folks, but it's true.
Is that necessary? I was planning to vote Hunter in the primaries if Fred Thompson doesn't declare, but some of you DH supporters are just plain vicious. It isn't attractive.
And NOBODY can make Fred look seem like a schoolgirl.
If you were half as much anti-Hillary as your are anti-Rudy, you'd have some credibility.
I see no signs of repentance.
But don't besmirch all Southern Baptists--all 16 Million of them.
If you have a problem with using the Bible as the standard--then that is another, deeper spiritual issue...
I love it when people defend by saying "he has not been charged with any crime" or "there is no evidence of that"...
Reminds me of the ol' Klintoon years, where evidence suddenly disappeared, and political chits could be called in anytime to prevent prosecution 'cause someone else had something to hide, and didn't dare pursue prosecution.
I stand by my assertion: Hunter is un-electable, and would assure a Hildabeast White House in 2008.
I must be slow....I'm missing the point in your post, I guess.
..that is simply an unfair statement which implies ethnic and religious bigotry.
You are free to say and believe anything you want--but you are wrong on this one...
What an odd thing to say. Is there any reason to believe that the LDS Church has dictated Romney's policies in the past?
If the Church did tell LDS politicians what to do, Harry Reid would not be such a left-wing idiot.
I'm sure they'll get sheared.
OK. How's this. He is innocent of the fetid BS accusations of wrongdoing that you are insinuating. Better?
Ummm, excuse me, haven't you heard already that the evangelicals are committed to voting for Rudy? Yep, according to the Rudybots, the evangelical vote is locked up. No reason to believe this article. If the Rudybots say it--we gotta believe it!
That is one of the assine statements ever to appear on FR. Why would any Southern Baptist vote for a pro-abortion bisexual?
I wouldn't but as Orwell said:
"The source of the trouble appeared to be that Napoleon and Mr. Pilkington had each played an ace of spades simultaneously. Twelve voices were shouting in anger, and they were all alike. No question, now, what had happened to the faces of the pigs. The creatures outside looked from pig to man, and from man to pig, and from pig to man again; but already it was impossible to say which was which."
Much better stated....but not accurate.
He accepted donations and he and Cunningham steered contracts for political contribution support from defense contracts, IMHO.
Besides, the reason he's un-electable nation-wide, and would cost the Republicans the White House in 2008 is because he is unknown nationally, literally, and doesn't have the funds to compete. He would be obliterated by the Klintoon machine in the MSM/airwaves, and no amount of conservative values he holds would gain him enough support from the "middle".
Fred Thompson has nation-wide recognition, minimal baggage, and could pull a "Reagan" in the 2008 election.
What's your point?
This is a conservative website. These articles are the antidote to the liberals here posting "rah rah Rudy's leading the pack " polls.
Hillary means nothing right now. She will never again see the oval office. This is the primary, the time to separate the libs from the conservatives in the GOP.
It might not matter to you that Baptists are leary of Rudy, or that he's a gun grabbing dunce. But it matters to alot of others.
