I think she is "incurable", but not anymore "terminal" than we all are eventually "terminal".
I'm of two minds on a situation like this. One part says:"Screw the Presidential ambitions, I have all the money I need, lets enjoy life together" and the other part says:"Well, lets not mope around about this, lets get out there and have fun running for office"
