Look at the two orange signs on the left about one-third into the photo. The edge of the rear sign is visible through the sign in front of it.

Verdict: Doctored! Also the photo in the original post is a link to the website where a different doctored photo appears. The proof of that doctoring is on the right side, 1/3 of the way up the photo, just to the right of the sign that has "911" on it are two "US out of Iraq", yellow signs. Look at the upper one, which is cut off partially on the left side, as if the other sign is blocking it. Problem is, the yellow sign is in front of the other, not behind it.

Look at the two orange signs on the left about one-third into the photo. The edge of the rear sign is visible through the sign in front of it. Looks like it at first glance but if you blow it up, there's some kind of vertical rod in front of both signs that lines up with where the edge of the rear sign would be and gives the illusion that the edge of the rear sign is visible.
