Coulter went off the deep end with her idiotic "arguments" against evolution. She may be very clever on many issues, but she should leave the science to people who know what they are talking about.
To: EveningStar
I lost a lot of respect for Coulter when I heard of her anti-evolution screed. Perhaps there is hope for her after all.

Although I learned that its author, Ann Coulter, is not a scientist but a lawyer turned author and TV pundit, she nevertheless appeared to be an intelligent and well-educated person, so I started reading. Have you ever heard a liberal say that about Al Gore? Or one of the Hollyweirdos?

Where is the "Yawn Alert"? The problem isn't evolution, regarding which there are truths and myths alike, but far more truth. I.D. is just a joke, and not the solution. The problem is Marxist educators excluding any consideration of God in education. They must be purged.

I thought Ann's case against the religion of evolution was perhaps the strongest aspect of her book.

Wow. This guy is really stirring the pot. What say all of you?I say someone is trying to get some press by attacking Ann Coulter. Way too late for that; she's been in the crosshairs ever since loser liberals have noticed her. One even tried to copycat her in an effort to sell some books.
Ann's writing is pretty good, and from what I understand her "outdated arguments" are not that outdated, since millions still apparently believe the moth stories, etc.

Slow news day.
Check this out.

I believe that the ToE presents the most logical explanation for the profusion of life on Earth. But Ann Coulter's attack on how evolution has been presented to the public as Gospel truth which can't be questioned--and how the theory has been co-opted by every left-wing and atheist group as their "creation myth"--was spot on.
Most of the people defending the ToE of late are journalists, judges, activists, and lawyers. Few of them are legitimate scientists. Most of the actual scientists with whom I've discussed the ToE have at least some questions about it...
