"These include having a short attention span or behaving aggressively or living in a difficult or deprived environment."

Might be wise to check out the religious affiliation of the parents... (wink wink)

Sounds like the beginnings of a slippery slope to eugenics, therapeutic abortion, and a Final Solution.

Or shades of Minority Report where you're arrested before you commit a crime

this should help to ship them off to the colonies or Australia before they really damage English society.
The penal colonies are better able to handle these people.

an expanded DNA database and "instant justice" powers for police.

Instant Justice?

It's been done!

Been gone for a while, Nully, what's this they say about you on the DD thread, that you may be less than kindly disposed toward Gran? Bless her heart.

Whether kids are criminals or not depends on how they are raised for the next eighteen years. Genetically, the genius and the kingpin don't differ.

How was your upbringing?

Most crime is committed by a small number of prolific offenders

I heard this language a decade and a half ago when this state Believed it... until I looked up the recidivism stats available even then.

The incorrigibles do exist, but I have yet to see stats that suggest "a small number of prolific offenders" are responsible for most crime. (I'd be more than happy to see studies that establish that this is the case.)

Brought to you by the same people who brought you the government post office . . .

and the State Department . . .

And the MSM . . .

And the Marxist universities . . .

And the globalist traitors . . .

. . .

all for the children, of course.

1984 is beginning to look mild.

The first 8 years is most crucial. And the first 5 of those super most critical.

REACTIVE ATTACHMENT DISORDER is a real deadly problem.

>>> Sounds like the beginnings <<<<

No it's more like a revival

A good book to read:

The State Boys Rebellion
http://www.simonsays.com/content/content.cfm?sid=33&pid=422319

It’s interesting that Germany looked to the US for it’s ideas on eugenics.

Excerpt from link:

Though they couldn't possible know it, the children of the Fernald State School were the victims of bad science and a newly developed bureaucracy designed to save America from the so-called "menace of the feebleminded." Beginning early in the twentieth century, United States health officials used crude versions of the modern IQ tests to identify supposedly "deficient" children and lock them away. The idea was to protect society from potential criminals and to prevent so-called undesirables from having children and degrading the American gene pool......

...... It reveals the danger in misguided science, the fearsome power of unchecked bureaucracies,
