My sister graduated from AU with a degree in foreign service. I’m sure she’s ashamed. I’ll have to call her tomorrow and chat about this with her about this.

There is a lot of anger on campuses toward Bush administration member these days with very little basis. The average student on my campus (probably about 95% lib) has little to no reasoning to support their hatred of Republicans when pressed.
It’s very frightening that the Establishment is able to gin up animosity so easily with so little to go on.

No one was arrested. Why not?! Isn't assault with a deadly weapon a crime in the US any longer?

The students then got on the ground and laid down in front of his car as a protest. I would have run over them.

Police said they have dealt with a lot of protests on campus and this one was handled peacefully.
Well, there's the problem. Once they decided on violence, it no longer was a "protest". The students weren't being peaceful, they were being violent. They should have been met with at the very least, arrest.

It is against the law to threaten the President. Maybe that law should be extended to include his staff . . .

I’d love to see this front and center on the nightly news. Perhaps the liberals who aren’t so radical would see it and think....Gosh, how immature. Maybe the large percentage of liberals who still have some control might think....the crazies HAVE taken over my party. Maybe the liberals who aren’t so consumed by hate for the Bush administration could be persuaded that their support for the likes of Pelosi and Reid et.al, is misplaced. Maybe, just maybe.

The maturity of liberals never ceases to amaze me. How can anyone be proud to be one of them? I can only imagine what my parents would have done to me had I involved myself in this sort of protest during college.

Drive over one.No I don’t mean that. Why was no one arrested? Looks to me these students are just as out of hand as the communist ones were during the 60s.Stop giving to colleges till they start teaching subjects , not communism. it is the only way to change the system colleges have. Hit them in the purse.
