April 4, 2007 -- Rep. Peter King lashed out at a member of the city's Human Rights Commission yesterday for representing six Muslim imams who want to sue USAirways passengers for reporting that the clerics were acting suspicious on a flight last fall. Omar Mohammedi, a Manhattan attorney, is representing the men who were booted off a flight while on the tarmac at Minneapolis last November.

There is no case. It was not a false charge of “acting suspicious” and the standard for a civil case is 51% of the evidence on one side or the other.

Would a “reasonable” person (like those on the jury) find the actions of these Imam suspicious and lead one to believe that there was a conspiracy of action (whether it was pulling a prank, a stunt, or an act of terrorism) in progress?

Since they sat apart from each other but engaged in similar tactics (like asking for seatbelt extenders and then placing them under their seats), the answer would say they were up to something (whether or not it threatened the lives of the passengers is not the issue).

James Woods eyed the 9/11 hijackers on a dry run and reported them to the authorities as well.

Bloomberg’s concerned with smoking in bars and banning trans fats in cooking, not the fifth columnists he hires on the taxpayer’s dime. What a joke.

They consider it missionary work. Convert the infidel.

Unfortunately we are prohibited from spreading any non-muslim religions to Saudi Arabia, the home of the Islamic empire. All muslims bow to this segregationist wet dream of a nation 5 times a day. None of the so called moderate muslims speak out against the way non-muslims are treated there. Must not weigh very hard on their conscience.

I wonder how tolerant the judge in the case would be if throngs of mullah supporters arrived at the courthouse and began *praying* in the hallways.

The nation was subverted after the Left denounced “McCarthyism”.

There are far bigger exagerations and lies being told by the Left every day to crucify their enemies yet no one bats an eye. Look at how the media colluded with the DNC to “expose” Rep. Foley. They knew he had not molested children and they sat on shocking communications for over a year waiting to spring them on the voters in an October suprise and then they attacked the GOP for “knowing” (less) and doing nothing (as the DNC had done with more informaton earlier).

Tom DeLay still has not seen his “timely” trial processed either.

There is a Left Coast city that is billing the military for the actions of antiwar protesters. There are fellow travellers INSIDE our government, it doesn’t shock me that in a PC city like NYC, the enemy would be within the gates/halls of government.

And CAIR is the enemy. They are a terrorist shill group. They have been exposed. Unless they want to claim they are a FORMER terrorist shill group but have “improved”.

From this 2003 link...

Hamas and Hizzoner

... The Website for CAIR's New York chapter - with which Mayor Bloomberg's appointee Omar Mohammedi has been affiliated - openly doubted that Islamic hijackers were responsible for the attacks, speculating that either the Bush administration or Israel orchestrated the nightmare.

Way to go, Bloombug.

As long as they do not pray to Jesus, they can pray in the courthouse.

"Mr. Mohammedi's work as an attorney on behalf of clients in Minneapolis does not conflict with his work on the New York City Commission on Human Rights," said commission spokeswoman Betsy Herzog.

In 2002, Mohammedi drew criticism from several Jewish protesters who claimed he was linked to the terrorist group Hamas because he was general counsel for the Council on American-Islamic Relations.
