You must understand that the 'Rats (and the left, more generally) don't give a rat's ass about abiding by the Constitution, and haven't since it got in the way of the New Deal. The oath of office they take to preserve the Constitution is the most violated oath in human history.

Your breakdown of the Jewish members in Congress primarily reflects the demographic makeup of the gerrymandered districts. I agree that there is a incongruence between the Party of choice for Jews vs the anti Jewish sentiment on the left.

You can be sure that if a GOP Majority leader did this under a democrat President. He/she would be arrested and charged with the Logan Act the minute they landed back in the USA.
