Hillary Won't Do Fox Debate Either
The Politico (via Dridge) ^ | April 09, 2007 | Ben Smith

Posted on 04/09/2007 7:51:07 PM PDT by blogblogginaway

The third shoe drops: Hillary's not doing the Fox News/CBC Debate either.

Clinton spokesman Blake Zeff emails, "We're going to participate in the DNC-sanctioned debates only. We've previously committed to participating in the SC and Tavis Smiley debates."

No word yet from Kucinich and Gravel, or the other campaigns, or from Fox, which could presumably do an empty podium hour and confirm to its viewers that Democrats are, in fact, the cowards it's often portrayed them as. Sounds win-win to me.

Good! Fox shouldn’t be assisting Democrats anyway.

This is why Bill threw his little hissy-fit hit-job on Chris Wallace.

Okay...that is 3 candidates that aren’t worthy of staring down the enemies of the United States of America.

Good, let the REpub candidates debate. They will get the most exposure.

Not surprising at all. Neither Hitlery nor The Prince of Darkness will go anywhere an honest question will be asked of them.

Let’s be honest....in both of their minds, they are beyond question.

The Dems are giving up early in the effort to draw Republican voters.

That will hold them to no more than 43% of the popular vote in the 2008 election.

At this point, I don’t see what Fox News has to lose by going show to show put down of the COWARDICE of the Democrat candidates for POTUS.

“Okay...that is 3 candidates that aren’t worthy of staring down the enemies of the United States of America.”

I agree. Each day the democratic leadership and their presidential candidates show just a little more of who they really are and what they’re really made of.

It is interesting that Hillary chose to release this only after she discovered that Obama wasn’t participating. She is really scared of him. First she followed him by announcing earlier than she wanted to and then she followed him to Selma. I think that Hillary is in deep doo doo if she has to take all her cues from Obama’s campaign.

Well, I guess there will no debate. Too bad they are lying about the reasons. I would think someone in that group would not be a liar; but I guess not.

FOX should take out an ad in newspapers around the country calling the RATS cowards for not wanting to debate.

It is obvious that the democrats think that they are calling the shots for the 2008 elections. I hope that they are not allowed to get away with it.

I still have not made up my mind about running for President in 2008, but I definitely will not be participating in the FOX News Channel”s debate program thingy.

I’m also not going to buy any French wine ever again.

I won’t run red lights either.

do a Timmah Russert on them.......have a cardboard cutout of those not there, ask a question and answer it with headlines and soundbites...........an example: Hillary

should a politician be able to take all of Wal-Mart’s profits ? Well you said about the oil co. profits you would............

force the cockroaches into the lite

Cancel the debates entirely. Who cares what they are gonna lie to us about. Anyone that wants to know their stand can find it out. If they won’t appear on Fox I refuse to watch the debate.
