Hillary Won't Do Fox Debate Either
The Politico (via Dridge) ^ | April 09, 2007 | Ben Smith

Posted on 04/09/2007 7:51:07 PM PDT by blogblogginaway

The third shoe drops: Hillary's not doing the Fox News/CBC Debate either.

Clinton spokesman Blake Zeff emails, "We're going to participate in the DNC-sanctioned debates only. We've previously committed to participating in the SC and Tavis Smiley debates."

No word yet from Kucinich and Gravel, or the other campaigns, or from Fox, which could presumably do an empty podium hour and confirm to its viewers that Democrats are, in fact, the cowards it's often portrayed them as. Sounds win-win to me.

FOX should take out an ad in newspapers around the country calling the RATS cowards for not wanting to debate.

Why would Fox want to do something that idiotic?

First of all, it's not "news" to call people cowards. Second, why "take out an ad?" Fox has its own show. Third, it would not be "fair and balanced" news.

I’d much rather Fox did a long series on vote fraud prevention. While the (R) candidates are debating, Hairllary will be filling out extra absentee ballots to mail in....

Once Fred Thompson gets the nod, FNC should just put him on a stage with a Hillary blow up doll, thighs and all and have a pull string on the doll that a gaffer pulls for canned responses:

“You know blah”

“Support the troops blah”

“Kyoto blah”

“Sustainable blah”

“For the children blah”

“100,000 strong women blah”

“Vast conspiracy blah”

“blah blah”

Just keep posting your idea. I would love to see cardboards of Edwards, Obama and Hillary. The soundbites and headlines in response to debate questions would also be a great SNL piece. Where are those who love to make the videos to post on YouTube?

It is ironic..that this US Attorney “scandal” is linked in a roundabout way to the lack of investigation into voter fraud in New Mexico...

You make a great point.

And here, I thought the Dems supported Freedom of the Press (media).

Must be only for the media biased to spread their lies and propaganda.

What about the right of all voters to hear from all the candidates? This entire snit fit smacks of elitism.

Oh wait. John Edwards, Barry Obsama, Hillary Clinton. Like I said, ELITISM(it’s a subcategory of communism).

Post #13, great analysis, well said. All this talk about Obama "better watch out for Fort Marcy" is a bunch of crap.
