From the outset, I have been careful to note that these students were entitled to the presumption of innocence... When the 'Group of 88' published their statement, did Mr. Brodhead do anything? How about when failing grades were given? How about student protests?
He is responsible for his campus, isn't he?
How is this being "careful"?
Resign Mr. Brodhead. Resign. The lacrosse coach did, and he was innocent.
