He was in the front seat and not wearing a seatbelt. I think that's against the law in NJ.

I believe that it's against the law in all 50 states - Clinton's federal highway funds "blackmail" made sure of that.

Regardless, the laws are only for the "little people" - a democRAT governer shouldn't be expected to have to obey them.
