Put aside abortion for a minute. What this episode shows is that the man is completely inflexible and incapable of compromise. While this would be admirable in dealing with Islamist, it is unacceptable in dealing with Americans.

No recent pro-life President has done anything concrete to overturn Roe v. Wade. I am pro-life but I don’t think I have the luxury of making that the “deal-breaker” when I enter the voting booth. I know that any Democrat POTUS will not only be pro-choice, but also soft on national defense and the WOT. Given that reality, I am compelled to vote for the GOP candidate who demonstrates the ability to WIN the election, while holding views close to mine on a whole host of issues, not just abortion.

Of course, the unsavory private life -- the tacky public announcement of his planned divorce, unseemly court fight over bringing his mistress into the city-provided mayoral residence, and estrangement from his kids -- left a nasty taste.This is clearly someone who just does not like Rudy.

Look carefully at the postings in this thread - these are angry people, for the most part.
The anger is something they have to deal with - don’t let it get into your world.

Funny thing though, the writer of this piece didn't make it up. You agree its awful.
Its one of the truths that Rudy created for himself.
