I never heard of Media Matters, I don’t think, but the people who follow this kind of stuff certainly have. All it required was for someone to speak to some key people in the media, and especially at CBS, and to tell them to go with it.

Whether hillary was in on it at the beginning I have no idea, but all she had to do was watch for an opportunity and go for it. A few words to Reverend Al, a few more words to the higher ups at CBS, was all it would take.

Clinton had four or five reporters fired while he was president, including Chris Ruddy and that fellow at IBD. All he had to do was threaten a little regulatory trouble.

Media Matters for America is headed by David Brock (who while he was a conservative penster wrote The Seduction of Hillary Clinton, a somewhat sympathetic biography of Her Heinous).

Brock, who started out the impeachment wars as a conservative hitman working for the likes of The American Spectator, was later turned to the Dark Side by Clinton apologist ol' Dead Eyes.

So, like Tinker to Evers to Chance (Hillary to Brock to Sharpton), Dom Imus was out of there!.

It gets stranger. Apparently, Timmy the Potato and The Trump were both begging Imus to have the Queen of Hearts on his show, and he refused Trump the morning before the Media Matters blastfax, calling Hitlery "Satan" for the last time...
